There are many questions that buyers have when ordering from the Centricoo store, and in our eagerness to answer all inquiries, we have listed these frequently asked questions with their answers:

 

 

1/ How can I order a product from the store?
After entering the Centricoo store and browsing the displayed products, you can choose the product you wish to purchase by

Clicking on the product and entering the desired quantity

Then click "Add to Cart".

After that, click on the "Continue Shopping" icon if you want more products,

or click on "Complete Purchase" if you have finished shopping.

 

You can also preview the selected products in the cart by clicking on the cart

Then log in to the Centricoo store by entering your email address and password.

 

If you are a new user in the store, create a new user account by clicking on the "

Sign Up" icon at the top of the page.

 

Then enter your first and last name, your email, your correct mobile number, and your password.
 
Finally, agree to the terms and click continue, and you will be successfully registered. Then click on the cart and complete the order.

 

Then enter your full address (city - neighborhood name - street name - nearest landmark)
 
After that, choose the appropriate payment method for you.
 
Finally, confirm the order, and you will receive a message with the order number to your registered mobile phone and email.

 
2/ I have paid for my purchases, what's next?
We will immediately proceed with packaging and shipping. This process usually takes from one to five business days only, and the shipping process will depend on the area to which it is being shipped.

 
3/ I placed an order today. When can I expect my shipment to arrive?
The delivery timeline for your order will depend on the product and the time you placed it. Please visit the order tracking section, which is one of our great features located at the bottom of the page under the "Great Features" tab, or click on the order number in your order confirmation email to check the shipment status.
 

4/ What if I received a product other than what I ordered from the store, or I received a product with a manufacturing defect?
We pay attention to the details of every order we receive, but if an error occurs, we will take care of resolving the issue. In case of a manufacturing defect in the product, the customer has the option to either receive a refund or have the requested product sent and shipped free of charge.
 

5/ Can I return a product because I don't like it?
Yes, you can! This can be done within the first day of receiving the order, and the customer covers the shipping cost, provided that the product has not been opened.
 

6/ My order has been shipped, what's the next step?
Check the SMS message on your registered mobile phone and also check your email for the tracking number of your shipment.
 

7/ Can I change my address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, we cannot do that after the order has been shipped.
 

8/ Is it possible to get free shipping when I buy from Centricoo store?
Yes, you can get free shipping when the value of your items exceeds 169 Riyals, and they will be shipped free of charge to anywhere in the Kingdom.
 
9/ What happens if I miss the shipment?
A representative from the shipping company will contact you on the mobile number registered with us to coordinate with you on the date of receiving the shipment. It is important to note the necessity of answering incoming calls to your mobile so that the delivery agent can coordinate with you on the delivery date. Please note that the official working days at Centricoo are from Sunday to Thursday, and delivery is not available on official holidays and Eid.
