There are many questions that concern buyers when ordering from the Centrico Store. In our endeavor to answer all inquiries, we have listed these frequently asked questions with their answers:

 

 

1/ How can I order a product from the store?
After entering the Centrico store and browsing the displayed products, you can choose the product you wish to purchase by

Clicking on the product and entering the desired quantity.

Then click "Add to Cart".

After that, click on the "Continue Shopping" icon if you want more products,

Or by clicking "Checkout" if you have finished shopping.

 

You can also preview the selected products in the cart by clicking on the cart.

Then log in to the Centrico store by entering your email address and password.

 

If you are a new user in the store, create a new user account by clicking on the "

Sign Up" icon at the top of the page.

 

Then enter your first name, last name, email address, correct mobile number, and password.
 
Finally, agree to the terms and click continue. You will be successfully registered, then click on the cart and complete the order.

 

Then enter your full address (City - District Name - Street Name - Nearest Landmark)
 
After that, choose the payment method that suits you.
 
Finally, confirm the order, and you will receive a message with the order number on your registered mobile phone and email.

 
2/ I have paid for my purchases, what's next?
We will immediately proceed with the packaging and shipping process. This process usually takes from one to five business days only, and the shipping process will depend on the region to which it is being shipped.

 
3/ I placed an order today. When can I expect my shipment to arrive?
The delivery schedule for your order will depend on the product and the time you placed it. Please visit the "Track Order" section, which is one of our great features, located at the bottom of the page under "Great Features" or click on the order number in your order confirmation email to check the shipment status.
 

4/ What if I receive a product different from what I ordered from the store, or I receive a product with a manufacturing defect?
We pay attention to the details of every order we receive, but if an error occurs, we will take responsibility for resolving the issue. If there is a manufacturing defect in the product, the customer has the option of either a refund or sending the requested product and shipping it free of charge.
 

5/ Can I return a product because I don't like it?
Yes, you can! This must be done within the first day of receiving the order, and the customer will bear the shipping cost, provided that the product has not been opened.
 

6/ My order has been shipped, what is the next step?
Check the SMS message on your registered mobile phone and also check the message in your email for the tracking number of your shipment.
 

7/ Can I change my address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, we cannot do that after the order has been shipped.
 

8/ Is it possible to get free shipping when I buy from Centrico Store?
Yes, you can get free shipping when the value of your items exceeds 199 Riyals, and they will be shipped free of charge to anywhere in the Kingdom.
 
9/ What happens if I miss the shipment?
The shipping company representative will contact you on the mobile phone number registered with us to coordinate a delivery time for the shipment. It is important to note the necessity of answering calls to your mobile phone so that the delivery representative can coordinate the delivery time with you. Please note that the official working days at Centrico are from Sunday to Thursday, and delivery is not available on official holidays and Eid.
