Replacement and Return
At our store, we strive to satisfy all our customers' desires as much as possible and provide the best shopping experience. Therefore, we allow you to return or replace products you have received only under the following conditions:
- The replaced/returned product must be in its original condition and original packaging, with all its accessories, and must not have been used, opened, or have its packaging features altered.
- For electronics and smartphones: Once the packaging is opened or the factory seal is broken, the product cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances, due to the nature of these products and their technical sensitivity.
- Returns will be approved after we receive the product and verify that it is 100% intact and can be resold to other customers. However, if its condition violates the previous conditions, the return will not be approved.
- We must be notified of the desire to return this product via one of our contact methods within 7 days from the order date or within 24 hours of receiving the product, whichever is longer.
- The customer will bear the shipping and delivery costs, depending on their city or country, unless the products received were damaged, contained a manufacturing defect, or were proven to be counterfeit (knowing that all our products are 100% original and guaranteed).
Refund method is by sending credit equal to the net product value after deducting any delivery offer fees, if any, for the customer to use in future purchases on our website.
In the event that the customer requests to cancel the order after card payment without any valid reason and requests a refund, 4% of the paid amount will be deducted to cover the loss of refund fees to the card payment company. If the product was shipped before the refund request, the shipping cost will also be deducted. This process takes 2 to 15 business days for the returned product to reach us.
Complaints: You can submit a complaint to us using the contact methods provided on our website via WhatsApp, email, the contact form on the website, or through our Instagram account messages. We will respond within two business days, and the complaint processing period will be within three business days.
