Shipping Policy
Your orders are shipped through specialized shipping companies to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with free shipping for orders of 169 and more, and a shipping cost of 19 for orders less than that.
Shipping to Gulf countries and Jordan costs 499 Saudi Riyals.
Our goal is to ship your complete order as quickly as possible. We ask you to allow one or two business days for goods to be received from the factory into our warehouses. We need 24-48 hours to process your order before handing it over to shipping units. Please be aware of peak shopping seasons and sales events which may also impact processing times. We will keep you updated on your order's status throughout the entire fulfillment process.
We provide tracking numbers for every order we send. While we will do our best to assist, we are not responsible for carrier/delivery issues. If your tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered and you cannot locate your package in your mailbox, please contact your local post office or carrier center with your tracking number for all inquiries regarding a lost delivery. We assure you that your order is in the package when we send it.
