Shipping Policy
Your orders are shipped through specialized shipping companies to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with free shipping for orders totaling 199 SAR or more, and a shipping fee of 19 SAR for orders below that amount.
Shipping to GCC countries and Jordan costs 499 Saudi Riyals.
Our goal is to ship your complete order as quickly as possible. We ask that you allow one or two business days for us to receive the goods from the manufacturer into our warehouses. We need 24 to 48 hours to process your order before handing it over to the shipping units. Please be aware of peak shopping seasons and sale events, which may also affect processing times. We will keep you updated on your order status throughout the entire fulfillment process.
We provide tracking numbers for every order we send. While we will do our best to assist, we are not responsible for carrier/delivery issues. If your tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered and you cannot locate your package in your mailbox, please contact your local post office or carrier center with your tracking number for all inquiries regarding missing deliveries. We assure you that your order is in the package when we send it.
