Shipping policy
Your orders are shipped through specialized shipping companies to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at a cost of 24 riyals for orders less than 99 riyals , and shipping is free if the order reaches 99 Saudi riyals or more.
Shipping to the Gulf countries and Jordan costs 499 Saudi Riyals .
Our goal is to ship your complete order as quickly as possible. Please allow one to two business days for the goods to arrive at our warehouse from the factory. We need 24 to 48 hours to process your order before releasing it to our shipping units. Please be aware that peak shopping seasons and sales events may also affect processing times. We will keep you updated on the status of your order throughout the entire fulfillment process.
We provide tracking numbers for every order we ship. While we will do our best to assist you, we are not responsible for carrier/delivery issues. If your tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered and you cannot locate your package in your mailbox, please contact your local post office or carrier center with your tracking number for any inquiries regarding the missing delivery. We assure you that your order is in the package when we ship it.
