Shipping Policy
Your orders are shipped through specialized shipping companies to all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with free shipping for orders of 169 SAR and more, and a shipping cost of 19 SAR for orders less than that.
Shipping to GCC countries and Jordan costs 499 Saudi Riyals.
Our goal is to ship your complete order as quickly as possible. We ask you to allow one or two business days to receive goods from the factory into our warehouses. We need 24-48 hours to process your order before handing it over to shipping units. Please be mindful of peak shopping seasons and sales events which may also affect processing times. We will keep you updated on the status of your order throughout the entire fulfillment process.
We provide tracking numbers for every order we send out. While we will do our best to assist, we are not responsible for carrier/delivery issues. If your tracking number indicates your order was delivered and you cannot locate your package in your mailbox, please contact your local post office or carrier center with your tracking number for all inquiries regarding missing delivery. We assure you your order is in the package when we send it.
